- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. - Description of Service
Momentum IA sells (a) physical products made to order through third-party print-on-demand providers, and (b) digital products delivered electronically as downloadable files. - Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or product unavailability. - Production and Delivery
Physical products are custom-made to order after purchase. Production times vary by product and provider and are in addition to shipping times. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. - Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. As set out in that policy and below, custom-made print-on-demand items and downloaded digital products are subject to specific exclusions, except in the case of defective or damaged goods. - Print-on-Demand Products
All physical products are manufactured individually to order according to the selected design. Because they are custom-made to the consumer's specifications, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, except where the item arrives defective or damaged in transit. - Digital Products
Certain products are digital downloads delivered electronically after purchase. By purchasing a digital product and initiating the download, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. You are informed of this condition on the product page before purchase. Digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed or resold. - Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, text, and other content offered through this store are the property of Momentum IA or are used under appropriate license. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without our prior written permission. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Momentum IA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this store or its products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including the mandatory consumer protection rights of customers in the European Union. - Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. This does not deprive consumers resident in the European Union of the mandatory protections, or of the right to bring proceedings, afforded to them under the laws of their country of residence.
